Ceilalti chiriasi sunt exclusiv studenti la UMF sau medici rezidenti!
Pretul este de 220 euro cu toate utilitatile incluse (apa, incalzire, curent, internet/tv, gunoi menajer), ca medie. Mai exact, in lunile noiembrie-aprilie pretul cu toate utilitatile este de 240 euro/luna, iar in lunile mai-octombrie pretul este de 200 euro/luna, media pe 12 luni fiind de 220 euro/luna. Camera dispune de termostat propriu.
Se inchiriaza pe perioada de minim 12 luni.
Pentru inchiriere se solicita plata chiriei pentru prima luna + garantie echivalenta cu o luna de chirie.
Nu se accepta domicilierea cu animale de companie, precum nici sa se fumeze in interiorul imobilului (pe balcon se poate, desigur).
Comisionul agentiei platit de chirias este de 100E si se plateste o singura data, la semnarea contractului.

The University of Medicine is at 15 minutes walking distance, and a bus station is also available near the property, with a direct route.
It is situated at the econd floor of a two floor complex.
The apartment has it’s own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen is shared with 3 other university students.
Living conditions are perfect, everything is clean, well maintained and the property is situated in a quiet and peaceful area.
The room has two single beds, wardrobe, table and chairs, desk, TV, as seen in the pictures.
The property area is approximately 26 sqm.
The kitchen with dinning area is completely equipped, with electric oven, electric cooktop, extraction hood, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, etc.
The other tenants are all students or resident physicians, all civilized people.
Monthly rent is 220 euro with all the utilities included (water, heating, electricity, internet, cable tv, trash disposal), averaged. More exactly, six months from November through April the rent price is 240 euro, and the next six months from May to October it is 200 euro, averaging to 220 euro through one whole year.
Minimum rent period is 12 months. The room has an individual thermostat.
Upon renting, the first month of rent plus a deposit will be required to be paid.
Pets are not accepted, and smoking is not possible inside the room, but there is a balcony area, set up for smokers.
The agency commission paid by the renter is equivalent to 100E and is only paid once, upon signing of the contract.
